How we got here

   What we saw

   Before Vaanik was a product, we sat with brokerages, developers and inside-sales teams that live on portal leads, walk-ins and WhatsApp. Marketing created the interest. The last mile, the call, the chat and the follow-up, is where deals were won or quietly lost.

   • One call

     A buyer rings once. If nobody picks up, they dial the next listing.

   • A notebook for a CRM

     Budget, locality and timeline lived in someone’s notes and WhatsApp threads.

   • Every language at once

     One desk, several languages in an afternoon, sometimes in the same sentence.

   • Two memories

     The chat at night and the call next morning never shared what they knew.

   None of that was a lack of effort. The work had simply outgrown the number of people there to do it.

   What we built

   Those teams did not need another phone menu, or a chatbot that forgot everything the moment a customer switched channel. They needed someone to do the job: the same knowledge, the same questions, and a clean handover to a person.

   So we build AI employees, each with one job. A sales executive who calls every lead. A receptionist who answers every call. Someone who follows up, and someone who looks after customers once the sale is made. They work on calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, and they write what happened into the tools you already use.

   How we work

   Our first hire was Riya. She is an AI Sales Executive, and she runs our own inbound: she picks up our phone, replies on our WhatsApp and Instagram, and calls the people who fill in the form on this site. It felt wrong to sell AI employees before one worked for us.

   She is not perfect. Early on she told someone on Instagram that she had sent the details in a DM, and she had not sent it. We fixed it so she cannot promise a message she has not sent, and then we wrote about it. We publish the fixes as well as the wins.

What we believe

  A customer who asks talks to whoever answers first. The first reply should not wait for someone to be free.

• An employee, not a chatbot

  One job, done in full: it knows your business, works in your tools, and hands over when a person is needed.

• Your team stays in charge

  You decide what an AI employee may do, you can see every conversation, and you approve what matters.

• AI takes the repetitive work

  So your people spend their time on the work that grows the business. We are not here to replace your team.
