Cookie Policy
DeepNudge Labs (operating as Vaanik)
How our website and console use cookies and similar browser storage, and how you can control them.
Effective date: 16 September 2026 · Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. Browser storage, such as local storage, works in a similar way and lets a site remember information on your device. This policy covers both, on our website (vaanik.ai) and our console (account.vaanik.ai). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. What we use
| Technology | Where | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in storage | Console | Keeps you signed in and your session secure | Essential | Until you sign out |
| Preference storage | Console | Remembers display choices, such as table layouts | Functional | Until cleared |
| Form protection | Website | Limits repeated form submissions to prevent spam | Essential | 1 hour |
| Analytics cookies | Website | Measures page visits and how visitors use the site | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
Essential technologies are needed for the service to work and cannot be switched off without breaking it. Analytics cookies are set by our analytics provider. They help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into problems. We use the results in aggregate and do not use them to identify you.
3. What we don’t do
- We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not sell cookie data or share it with advertisers.
4. Third-party services
Some actions take you to services that set their own cookies under their own policies. Examples are signing in with Google, completing a payment, or connecting an integration such as WhatsApp or Google Calendar. We do not control those cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. You can block analytics cookies without affecting how our website works. Blocking or clearing essential storage will sign you out of the console and may stop some features from working. Your browser’s help pages explain how to do this.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the technologies we use change, and revise the date at the top of this page.
